I've heard people say that they're trapped before, but maybe it's not a metaphor at all.
Life is one big jail. You are my cellmate. I am your cellmate.
We were all sentenced to time in this huge prison that is life.
We're all stuck together in this huge, rotting prison, so why can't we just get over ourselves and figure out a way to make our time here more enjoyable?
After all, our actions are just us passing time in our cozy little cell. We just do what we can with the scarce space and freedom that we possess, constantly trying to better ourselves, but never quite knowing how.
